summer...where did you go?

wow...well this summer has been incredibly emotional, exciting, great, awful, and everything in between. some of the highlights.....

the cruise- wow this was an incredible week. the caribbean is one of the most beautiful places ever! and i had so much fun hanging out with matt, jess, and erin all week. oh, and the food was AMAZING!

creation- awesome week. regardless of the intense rain...God still taught me a whole lot and i had an amazing time with the youth group.

work mission- this was a completely life-changing experience. i cant even begin to describe how many ways God changed my life that week. he taught me millions of things about myself and Him and His unfailing love as well as what it means to be His servant.

band camp- oh this was without a doubt an amazing week. from the lunch table jokes...thats what she said...be a dear alex...so on, to hanging out on the field with the flutes while mcgrogan rambled on, the pool party, the flute party, section day, the drilldowns. it was all awesome.

random fun times- oh well theres frisbee, brads parties, movies, alesas parties, summer glee club and band, waffle house & meadows....and they were all amazing and i guess now that i look back the good in this summer greatly outweighs the bad....so i guess ill finish it all off by saying this summer was pretty great. thanks everyone who made it so awesome.

work camp was completely life-changing. never in a week have i laughed so hard, cried so much, or been so completely awestruck by the wonder and beauty of God. He has lifted me up from the hole i have been in for so long and put me on a new path. One that is completely Him. I'm no longer living for anything except you, jesus. I AM YOUR SERVANT.
